4 x 20 inches Artist: Liang, Emily. In 2020, I worked with Stephanie Aubin, a graphic designer and teacher at Montreal's Dawson College, to create a mandate for her students: come up with a poster that reflects the culture and feeling of a Montreal neighborhood. I offered to print and sell the five winning posters, and each student will receive 50% from the proceeds of each sale. The posters are available in limited quantities.

Stephanie's students created a variety of posters, each reflecting their personal approach and style. This one, by Emily Liang, features the famous Montreal landmark of the Five Roses Flour headquarters in the neighborhood of Griffintown. I asked Emily for a bio and this is what she said.

Emily is a Montreal based illustrator and a graduate from the Illustration program at Dawson College. Her style can be described as very graphic, clean and visually pleasing as her art is inspired by the narratives she encounters in films and literature as well as her many travels.

Her interest in art expands across many fields. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR YOU ARE LOOKING FOR -WITH OVER 3000 ITEMS IN STOCK, WE MIGHT JUST HAVE IT! Please note that all of our pochoirs, prints and posters are vintage, non-reproduction, original pieces.
